THE INCREASING ROLE OF SOCIETY AND THE FAMILY IN THE LIGHT OF NATIONAL DOCTRINE OF EDUCATION IN RUSSIA

Abstract: at present, education is the most important area of knowledge and skill formation, creation of favourable conditions for the identification and development of creative abilities of every citizen of Russia. National doctrine of education of the Russian Federation establishes the priority of education in public policy, strategy and basic directions of its development. The doctrine identifies the objectives of education and training, ways to achieve them through public policy in education. However, the doctrine reflects the new modalities for education, the responsibility of social partners, as a state, society, family, employers in respect of the quality of general and vocational education, upbringing of the younger generation. In Daghestan during the period of completion of the transition to universal secondary education in 1966-1975 certain positive experience was gained to strengthen connection of educational institutions, industrial groups, society.
