Abstract: in this article, the authors showed a youth initiative that contributed to the emergence of new forms of patronage over the further development of culture in the DASSR. Komsomol gained positive experience working with young cadres of literature and art. A whole system of measures was developed to improve further the ideological and professional education of creative youth.
A significant event in the life of the republic was mainly the first (1975-1977), and then the second (1980-1982) All-Union festivals amateur creativity of workers, in the organization and conduct of which youth organizations everywhere took the most lively and direct part. In the article, the authors managed to discover how festivals, youth song contests, the activities of art and propaganda brigades, and much more others contributed to raising the ideological and artistic level of amateur performances, deepening ties and mutual enrichment of cultures of the peoples of multinational Dagestan and the whole country, and strengthening the community of professional and amateur art.
